This is Precis Neuuman from Star Ocean: The Second Story. She's energetic and a genius but she's also ANOYING!!!

I 've tried something new to me and that is the render the picture. You know how I color pictures to make it something like this[link] I'm trying to kick my pics up another notch to have the coloring like this[link] This is my first time trying to do this. I still need to work on hair becase my hair coloring SUCKS!! Well I hope you guys enjoy this.
